Hammerhead Forgetech has a well-developed forging infrastructure for efficient production, consistent quality, and reliable performance, supported by advanced forging equipment such as a 2 Ton Belt Drop Hammer, 300 Ton H-Type Trim Press, and 400 KW Induction Billet Heater, along with a fully equipped in-house die shop. Supporting utilities like EOT cranes, cooling towers, compressors, and a 1400 KVA power transformer ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

With a production capacity of 200 tons per month, we efficiently handle medium to large-scale forging requirements. Our integrated manufacturing process covers every stage from raw material testing, blank cutting, heating, forging, trimming, heat treatment, shot blasting, inspection, to CNC machining, ensuring complete control over quality and precision.
