Our manufacturing facility is equipped with modern forging and machining infrastructure, including a 2 Ton Belt Drop Hammer, 300 Ton H-Type Trim Press, 400 KW Induction Billet Heater, and advanced machines in the in-house die shop such as VMC Cosmos CVM-1050, heavy duty lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines. Supported by efficient utilities like EOT cranes, cooling towers, and a 1400 KVA power transformer, the facility ensures smooth and consistent production operations.

Hammerhead Forgetech manufactures forged components with a weight range of 4 kg to 25 kg and sizes up to 270 mm diameter, maintaining a production capacity of 200 tons per month. Our products are designed for reliability and strength and are supplied to industries such as automotive, oil & gas, off-highway equipment, marine, aerospace, and healthcare, supporting critical engineering applications worldwide.
